How to redeem my offer

I had an offer of $100 in bill credit if i upgrade my phone before May 31 and i did upgrade to an 8 plus but the sales associate at Conestoga Mall in Waterloo told me that i have to call to redeem my offer and i’ve been calling for two days and nobody answers me. How can i redeem the offer?

Hi Meena - no need to do anything, as the credit will automatically be applied to your bill. It was actually $100 for Tab M if upgrading online, and $75 in-store.

The text i got was $100 in store and $200 online.
Also, will the offer show on self serve because i don’t see it?

Up to $100 in store and up to $200 online. It depends on the phone you order on how much you receive. The iphone 8 plus should qualify for a pretty decent credit.

If you click on that link in your text you should be able to see what the offer was on your phone.

The offer will not show on self serve. You will just see the bill credit on your next bill. Note that it may take an extra month or so to process

I just got my new pill and i did not get the discount from the offer!!?? It’s been a month since i got the phone

@menna: what phone did you upgrade?, you might want to contact Koodo directly and ask about it. I would suggest you contact through messaging to their facebook (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to avoid the wait on phone.

@menna you would have received an email of your purchase details with the 8 plus and it would show any discounts or bill credits you were entitled to. Do you still have that email?
