How to read my e-bill. My bill says -148.90$ even though I have paid every month in full.

Hi Isabelle, when did you pay your last bill and how did you pay it? If you paid at the bank it takes a few days to show that on your bill.
You can post some screenshots of you Bill with the personal info blacked out so we can see exactly what your seeing and possibly explain.

From this it looks like you actually have a credit of $148.45

if you see the "-" in this section, it could be a credit, not owing amount.

I could be wrong, you should call 611 from your handset, and hit 1 to check the account balance on your account. It will say if $148.45 was a credit amount or an owing one.

If it is a credit, then you don't need to pay your next bill until the amount on the total due has no more "-" in front of the number.
