Hi Parminder,

Is it a prepaid sim card? If so, then once deactivated you can't re-activate it.

If it is a postpaid sim card, you are able to re-activated it in self serve by selecting "Change Phone", but this can only be done on the same account as the SIM was activated within 90 days from deactivation.

But they are saying plz contact client service /customer service to enable your access...wht I do now???plz suggest me

If service has been disconnected/suspended, you have to call customer service either from a landline or a friends' phone. There will be a re-connection fee of $35 if the account was suspended due to non-payment. Koodo customer service can be reached at:

Hours of operation (local time):
Monday − Friday: 9 am - 9 pm
Saturday: 9 am - 7 pm
Sunday: 9 am - 7 pm
