How to re-activate my account without calling Koodo for 10$/time?

Months ago I left Canada so I stopped my phone account temporaly, I am now back to Canada, is there another way I can re-activate my account without calling Koodo $10/time?

Try going into self service and see if you can select a plan. If that works, you're golden :)

If you put your account on Seasonal hold for $15/month and you are up to date with payment, then you can log onto self serve and just change you plan to something you want and you should be good to go
