How to pay my monthly bill? Currently website is down.

Hi, i want to pay my monthly bill. When i try to login to self serve, am getting the below message. Please let me know how to pay my bill ? Is there any alternative option ?

"You won’t be able to use our online services and our Reps can’t access your account right now either. But don’t worry, you can always ask our Koodo Community or check out Help if you need answers to general questions. We'll be up and running again November 23 at 11:00 ET."

You can pay via online banking. Or you can wait until Sunday 11:00ET.

THey just forgot to change the November date

If anyone experiences an outage of some kind, I would suggest checking this forum's last 10 posts to see if others are experiencing it before opening up another topic.

A few folks have kept Dennis needlessly busy giving the same reply to the same question.

Meanwhile *611 is still functional for certain automated functions on the weekend.
