I have a question which is probably not relevant to most people, but it is something that needs a solution. My husband uses his cell phone for business, however his employer does not cover the cost of the phone or any charges. In an ideal world his phone and phone usage would be covered by a corporate plan of some sort, with decent rates for the sorts of business things he does. This is not the situation. The result is that I have very large cell phone bills to pay. Is there any way of building a plan that has a plan for such things as Voice Roaming charges, Data Roaming charges, and Messages sent while roaming? This plan would have to allow for mostly U.S. charges, but also China, India, Australia, Hong Kong, Europe, etc. Ideas would be greatly appreciated.

There is an addon that will reduce the per minute charges depending on the country. The add-on is called International dialling and long distance saver and costs $3.00 per month

Calls to US become $0.05/min, but it varies on which country you call (you can check prices by going to why koodo, coverage, long distance - in the green box at the bottom of the page pick the country that you are calling (ie. Australia, and the second box that says Int'l long distance saver rate ($/min) - tells you the rate (in this case $0.05/min)

If this does not work for you then you may want to think about using a calling card - many calling card companies have a toll free number that you can call (keep in mind that you have anytime minutes that this call will use the anytime minutes - and then there is a specific rate per country)

These are 2 examples that would keep your costs down.
