I am withTelus...I have a galaxzy S4 and can"t replaced it Sept 2017. My phone keeps freezing or simply shutting down I constantly have to take the battery out and then it resets itself and its fine, however I reallly don't like to do that. I took it in to Telus and they suggested I request for a replacement as there is no physical damage to it and that it is just acting up. I do have warranty on it. I am trying to place the claim online however it is impossible, suggestions?
