How to enable international calling??

I need to place an international call on my Android post-paid phone. When I dual the number, it doesn't connect, and I get a voice message saying that international calls are not enabled on this phone. Cannot for the life of me figure out how to enable international calls. Previous threads on this topic point to options that are not available in my self-serving menus.

Hello Trish,

You can for sure add this feature directly from your Self Serve profile. Just go in your Self Serve profile, and after select : Mobile Services and after select manage your add-ons.

You will need to select: Pay-Per-Use Intl Long Distance.

If the option is not available in your Self Serve account, you will need to contact Koodo directy from your Koodo device *611.

Just to add, depending on the length/number of calls you need to make you can also add the $3 LD saver add on. It costs $3/month, but it does significantly reduce the per minute cost of international calls.
