I've ported my number out as of 17th of this month and want to cancel as of that date. The 'sorry to see you go' email from koodo says it'll cancel as of the 9th of next month (end of my billing cycle) I don't want to pay for a full month when I am no longer using the phone. How do I cancel? I can't figure out how to call in without it costing my $10 ...?
