How to check order status, no shipment 5 days since placing the order

Order No. HFO20060157

Placed an order on Monday 18th June, have not received the shipping notice on Friday 22th June, I only ordered a plan with a SIM card, so no phone involved, not sure why taking so long. I am porting my number from Public Mobile, and my new billing cycle starts on this weekend with them, I don't want to pay for another 90 days to PM, but also don't want to loss services, please help.

Only a Koodo rep can check your order status. You will receive shipping info by email when it ships. Sorry to say but with it being Friday, it's not looking good for you to receive the Koodo Sim by the time your PM billing cycle ends.

Right, I guess I am out of luck, really disappointed with Koodo so far. The simplest order is not processed on time and almost no support exist. I tried call them, but no body answer my call.

I understand your frustration. Webstore orders, no matter how simple, are processed in the order they are received. The webstore can be very busy at times which causes longer wait times. The support could for sure be better even if it was automated.

@Zwyan, your order is set to ship on Monday. We got more orders than we expected this week, although we are still aiming to meet our our 3-5 business day shipping time. Hope this info helps at least to know when to expect your SIM.

@Bernard, so in order to successfully transfer my number from PM once I receive the SIM card next week, I plan to renew the PM services by selecting the cheapest possible plan on Sunday, is changing plan with PM  going to affect my eligibility of getting the promotional plan I was offered?
