I have an iphone 4 now and just bought an iPhone 5s. Is it difficult to activate the phone, but still keep the info from my 4? I have never done this, so I have no idea where to start, or how much info I will be able to keep?

Hi Wendy,

If you backed up your iPhone 4 regularly you should be able to just sign in with your iTunes info and it should give you the option to sync your new phone with old phones information. Hope that helps

I just gave you the links to show you how. but heres a quick version.

Connect your device to a Wi-Fi network.
In iOS 8 or later, tap Settings > iCloud > Backup. ...
Make sure that iCloud Backup is turned on.
Tap Back Up Now. ...
Make sure the backup finished by tapping Settings > iCloud > Storage > Manage Storage, and then select your device.
