Hi there, I would like to cancel my service with Koodo. I got a Samsung A5 phone and within a month the screen wouldn't turn on. I found out after going to the Koodo store that because I'm out of the 15 day warranty and I wasn't offered the extended that they had to send my phone away to be fixed and gave me a loaner. That was awesome. I then get a call from the Koodo repair people saying their was physical damage done and that I need to pay $220 to fix it. I never have done anything to the phone to have it have physical damage so I don't know how their is. I can't get a new phone unless I pay the $345 that's left on my tab for this broken phone. I called customer service and all they can do is give me $50 off my tab. I have been a loyal customer who enjoyed the service for 3 years, but I do not think this is right at all. I have gone through 4 this will be 5 phones with you. The first 4 were Google nexus a 4 with a shorty battery and they others were 5''s and they would just randomly shut off and not turn back on again I never have been hard on my phones dropping them or getting them in water. If I cancel what happens do I have to pay the tab in full still or do it as a monthly bill? Thanks you

Hi Nicole,

If you cancel your service, you will have to pay the tab in it's entirety. You might want to consider buying a used phone from Kijiji and using that on your account if you are unable to pay the tab.
