Hi kandyce,

Just curious, have you tried to restart the phone. Sometimes, it could solve the connection issue.

You could send message to koodo facebook to report thr outage besides calling.

I did the restart...removed card...finally got through to tech and they were able to help at their end as well as walk me through restart. Learned its best to restart where signal is strongest usually so will hope issues resolved. Texts and phone workingâ˜ș
