Hi,
I have a phone (#1) on koodo prepaid plan. I have a second phone (#2) that is on Koodo TAB monthly plan for which I paid off the TAB balance. I bought a new prepaid SIM card to move phone #2 to prepaid koodo also. However, when I follow the 10 steps to transfer my phone to prepaid. I get stuck in Step 4, where I must select a password. I am wondering if the reason for this problem is that I already have a prepaid phone under the same email address (phone #1)? if not, how do we go about to register a second phone onto the same prepaid account ?Thanks

As there is not really an account number associated to prepaid accounts or anything other than the phone number as well, I do believe that you canot have two prepaid phones on the same account. I may be wrong, so you may want to call *611 from any of your phones for free and verify this information.

Hi I can confirm that Mathieu is correct. You cannot have 2 prepaid phones under the same prepaid account unfortunately :(

Nice!! I just asked the guy at the Koodo Kios where I just bought my 2nd prepaid sim (for phone #2) and he said I could!!! Guess I'm going to create a second e-mail account to tie this sim card/phone to.

At least you will get the $20 activation credit since it's a new account.

Thats a good point, thanks Bob; not a bad thing at all, now that I see it that way.  :)
