I have two phones on my Koodo account. For the last two pay periods only one of the phone bills has been paid. Not the other. I am wondering how long till Koodo will cancel the account/phones because of not paying the full amount

Good question. A mobile master may need to way in here but my best guess would be that the line not being payed for would be suspended after 90 days without a payment.

I know there are other stipulations involved with late/non payments such as the Spending Limit Program as well.

haha that professional insight. nice work.

Yes in most cases it is 90 days.
Your bill becomes late after 30 days, and delinquent at 60 days (which is 90 days after your bill was posted)

However this is not always the case.
As taylor said, things like a spending limit program or a history of late payments might effect how lenient they are.

It's best to just pay the bill haha.

Hey guys! Also, when you have more than 1 line on the account it becomes a little more complicated. When a payment is made, it is made to the account and not to a specific line. So the full account will be late and then delinquent. I would strongly suggest calling in and speaking with payment services (which can be reached at #227 directly) to make a payment arrangment to avoid a suspension of the account. With a suspension comes a $35 reconnection fee that is applied to each line once the account is resumed, so you definitely would want to make an arrangment to avoid that!
