I have two phones on my Koodo account. For the last two pay periods only one of the phone bills has been paid. Not the other. I am wondering how long till Koodo will cancel the account/phones because of not paying the full amount
Hey guys! Also, when you have more than 1 line on the account it becomes a little more complicated. When a payment is made, it is made to the account and not to a specific line. So the full account will be late and then delinquent. I would strongly suggest calling in and speaking with payment services (which can be reached at #227 directly) to make a payment arrangment to avoid a suspension of the account. With a suspension comes a $35 reconnection fee that is applied to each line once the account is resumed, so you definitely would want to make an arrangment to avoid that!
