How long for a credit to be issued to my account?

I had a charge for Data on my account when I only used 500MB of my 1GB, I called and they agreed that this was an error. The representative said I would be issued a credit, I meant to ask him how long it would take for this to process but I completely forgot. Any ideas how long these usually take? Thanks!

Hello Nichole! If a representative told you that a credit will be
issued, the credit will be applied on the current amount due or on the next
bill. Some delay may occur, but no worries, the credit will be applied. Have a
great weekend!

Koodo......I'm supposed to have a $60 credit but I got a bill in the mail for $40..??? Why ???? We talked about this on the phone...

No you have the wrong Charline , sorry my bad. My last name ( the one you have ) is Gautreau.  I went on Facebook and liked your page. It said that you ( Koodo ) answers within secs or mins. I sent you a message through Facebook if you could respond I would appreciate it.

I'm still unable to find an account that matches the info. you've shared above regarding the outstanding balance/credit scenario, so it would be best for someone to verify you as the account owner and help via Facebook. You mentioned that you liked the page, but make sure you've actually sent a Private Message with your inquiry.

Also, the response time is in fact misleading, and is set by Facebook - we've attempted to have this corrected, as the actual response time is in fact a few hours (sometimes longer depending on volumes). But you will hear back, and the good thing is that you don't have to sit on hold waiting. A rep will reply back once they get to your message, and help sort things out from there.
