Obviously not 24 hours! I sent a message about my bill while logged into my self serve on the 15th but its radio silence on their end. Come on Koodo!

You can call them. *611 option 5 from your Koodo phone. They won't charge you for bill inquiry.

Or we might be able to help you if it doesnt need to adjust your bill.
