I went on the Seasonal Hold plan at the end of May. At that time, support said I could be on the plan for 6 months. Now no time limit is given. Is there a time limit or not?

The rule is 6 month, but they are not that active on switching you off after 6 month...so it depends

Good question. I know that most companies limit it to 6 months consecutive.

Your best bet is to call our best friends at *611. They can tell you exactly and all the options and services related to you.

And they're as friendly as Mr Dressup on Christmas morning.

Hi Lawrence,

When it comes to the Seasonal hold you can be on it for a total of a year (12 months). I've provided a thread that someone else had asked a similar question so you know for future reference:

Hope that helps :)
