How long after a bill payment has been made does koodo reactivate 3g and other phone services?

It's depends how long you've been disconnected and who you paid

For instance, if you paid koodo directly by credit card and your phone was shut-off in the last week or so (arbitrary number of days) it should take about 30 minutes.

If you paid koodo from your bank, that could take 3-4 business days. You should call koodo and report the payment

If you paid a collection agency, don't expect your phone to be turned on any time soon. Contact Koodo and have proof of payment ready. You're probably going to need a new account and sim and that's only IF koodo will re approve your credit.

If you have been disconnected, then I think you will need to call Koodo to get services reconnected and pay a reconnection fee

I paid through my bank.
I'm able to make calls and send texts now. However, my 3g services are still inactive. Will call koodo and hope services are restored soon.

It's highly unlikely that the person will see this response after 3 years. I'd go by the 3-4 business days as said above and if not then contact Koodo via #227.
