Hi Faith,

Please follow this link:

It covers physical and water damage with next business day delivery of like or new phone. You will have to contact them through their toll free number or online which is included in the link.

You would have to pay 79$ for the replacement tho!

I should ask did you purchased the phone before January 6? Because it is just $49 for replacement if it is before January 6.
So u called and I have to pay $49 which I'm okay with
But I don't have a credit card!!
So now I'm stuck with this cracked phone. But what I'm really mad about is that I pay for this protection plan but I can't use it because I don't own a credit card
I'm pissed.

The rep should have explained this when you bought the phone. That's rather unfortunate.

I suggest you find a friend or family member who can use their credit card to do it for you.

Do like a lot of people do now a days get a pre paid card put $50 on it that would be your best bet if you don't have a credit card

Hey Faith! The reason behind the credit card is because it's the only way that the company can charge you for the service, since they cannot put the fee on your Koodo account. As Jonathan mentioned, you can use a friend/family member's credit card to pay for the service. If you wouldn't have had this service, it would have cost you a lot more to get your phone fixed/to buy a new phone. Hope this helps !- Melissa
