I am travelling in the U.S. and have Easy Roam. I'm confused as to how I know when the 24 hour period starts and finishes. How can I find out and also check my usage for my next bill?

hi Don,
As easyroam use minutes and data from your canadian plan for roaming, you could check the usage in your selfserve.
If you used the phone as you were in Canada (no datablock), the easyroam was likely started at the time you joined US roaming network. The phone normally do things in background and that trigger easyroam.

24 hour period starts from when you first use your phone after you start roaming.

Check usage by logging in to self serve.

Thanks, Mats! So it’s by 24 hour period from one day to the next and not by calendar day? The usage is hard to decipher because it’s not broken down by regular usage & Easy Roam usage but I’ll figure it out.

Yes it goes by 24 period from when 1st used and not calendar days.

So you could use your phone roaming for 24 hours(charged 1 day easy roam) then turn phone off for 20 hours(no charges) then start using phone again and then a new 24 period(1 day easy roam charge) would start from that certain time.

@Don Gair
   The reset steps differ based on the phone you have.
On iPhone it is at the bottom of the Settings > Cellular page
On many Android try Settings > Network & Internet
