For new postpaid customers:
Bring your phone and SIM card to a Koodo Kiosk and the rep will be able to activate the account for you.

For new prepaid customers:
Go to this link and sign up for a prepaid account. 

For existing postpaid customers wanting to switch SIM cards:
From the self serve overview, click on "Change phone", then select "New SIM card in my current phone", enter the new SIM card number and you're all set!

If that option does not appear in your self-serve, you will have to call customer service.
