Back in August I bought a Bell iPhone, at the time it was the only store offering a cell without a contract, there was no Koodo store at the time and they are my preferred company but I needed a new phone. Now I'm getting bad service and crap plans, I need to switch to Koodo. I know I need to unlock it but I don't know how. Anything will help! Thanks :)

1) contact Bell to unlock your iPhone. They will charge a fee, but it will likely be the cheapest route.
2) open a Koodo account, and port your Bell number to Koodo.

3) done! You will receive a final billing from Bell, and you can continue with Koodo as long as you like.

Regarding #1 - Bell charges $50 for unlocking any phone. A 3rd party unlock for a Bell iPhone is usually over $100.

Is there anyway to do it in a cheaper way?
