I was trying to change the SIM card for a number but accidentally changed the wrong number, how do i undo this? I would expect there to be a simple undo button somewhere.

I believe you will have to call in to see if they can recover your old number back for you. You can reach them at 9am local time to you. Hope that helps.

Did you end up changing your phone number as Chadwick interpreted or did you enter a wrong SIM number?

If it's the latter, simply do it again with the correct number.

I changed the SIM for the wrong phone number. My account has multiple numbers associated, and while i was on the overview page for the number i wanted to change the SIM for, the site decided to switch to one of my other numbers when i went to the "upgrade phone" page and i didn't notice 'till after i changed the SIM.

I'm about to call Koodo right now. Hopefully that'll solve it.

It should be simple to register the original sim card back onto the number it was used on. The new sim card, however, will be of no use anymore, as sim cards can only ever be activated on one line. You would need to acquire another new sim card to complete the swap as you originally intended.

The same thing happened to us.  We have 5 people on one account.  When others logged on under their name to 'change phones' , the main account holder's name came up with a list of all the phone numbers on the account.  Clicking on their own phone number and thinking it had changed to their number is where the mistake lies.  You have to click on the main account holders name, sign back in through your own account to get your number to show up in the drop down list.  This is not really a customers problem, it is a fault with the set-up of koodo...I hope when we go to the store to get 2 new SIM cards due to this issue, they will be supplied as free replacements.  Considering we bought 5 SIM cards and had this happen to two people's account, there needs to be a better system.
