I was trying to change the SIM card for a number but accidentally changed the wrong number, how do i undo this? I would expect there to be a simple undo button somewhere.
The same thing happened to us. We have 5 people on one account. When others logged on under their name to 'change phones' , the main account holder's name came up with a list of all the phone numbers on the account. Clicking on their own phone number and thinking it had changed to their number is where the mistake lies. You have to click on the main account holders name, sign back in through your own account to get your number to show up in the drop down list. This is not really a customers problem, it is a fault with the set-up of koodo...I hope when we go to the store to get 2 new SIM cards due to this issue, they will be supplied as free replacements. Considering we bought 5 SIM cards and had this happen to two people's account, there needs to be a better system.
