how do I turn data back on after it was shut off due to the new shock free data? My new billing cycle has started but my data will not work. How do I turn it back on? I've tried all my options on my phone, so it appears to be a Koodo issue and not being turned on from their end
Hi Derek - Your cycle has indeed reset, so your new data bucket would've automatically been made available. Everything looks to be fine on your account. If data still isn't working, have you tried restarting your phone?
