If I'm buying a new phone from Koodo I assume it arrives with no phone number, correct? I cannot register for Self Serve without a phone number in order to transfer from my previous provider so what is the process to have my number from my previous provider ported to Koodo? Norm
The phone will arrive with a phone number already assigned by koodo. The number should be indicated on the documentation shipped with the phone. Once you are able to sign into self serve, select the option to change your phone number. At the bottom of the page, option two, is the option to port in your number from another provider.
