We are trying to set up our koodo home phone and port over our existing Bell land line number and cannot seem to do it properly.

I have tried anything and haven't ordered the Koodo home service yet. I would like to understand the process before I order the service.

We plugged in the wireless home phone and then went to koodomobile.com/portmynumber and chose option 2- I want to move a number. Option 2 shows my koodo cell number as the existing and asks me to put in a new number. That seems to indicate that it will change my koodo number rather than port my home phone to koodo home phone.

I am having the same problem. I am worried that the number I am moving will replace my cell number

There is a third number showing on my account which I assume is the home phone default, but I am not being allowed to change that number?

You should be able to do it.
After you click "View Rate plan" under home phone number >Change your phone number > Pick your Home number from drop down menu on Top right  > It  back to over view page AGAIN > Do same process again - click View Rate plan and change... > then drop down menu should show you your home phone number > cllck  "I want to move a number" and follow instruction.

It's annoying pages keep going back to overview page every time chose different number.(If you have multiple number under one account)

Port ins with home phones can sometimes take up to a whole week, I know this from experience with doing port ins with my job and home phones always take the longest and it will give you a temp number to use until the port goes through thats why there is another line you see on there. But to be honest its probly easier if you just get a agent to do it for you because they could also be rejecting the port as well.
