We are trying to set up our koodo home phone and port over our existing Bell land line number and cannot seem to do it properly.
We plugged in the wireless home phone and then went to koodomobile.com/portmynumber and chose option 2- I want to move a number. Option 2 shows my koodo cell number as the existing and asks me to put in a new number. That seems to indicate that it will change my koodo number rather than port my home phone to koodo home phone.
Port ins with home phones can sometimes take up to a whole week, I know this from experience with doing port ins with my job and home phones always take the longest and it will give you a temp number to use until the port goes through thats why there is another line you see on there. But to be honest its probly easier if you just get a agent to do it for you because they could also be rejecting the port as well.
