How do I make a payment arrangement?

I'm away from my provence for the next 10 days so I don't have a way to pay my bill ( I receive cheques from work and pay cash). I read you dial 611 but when I did it kept cutting our whenever it read the options so I have no idea what to press.

Just press 0 everytime you are prompt to get a rep.
But expect long wait times since there is an outage in Atlantic Canada.

You could just leave it the 10 days, and make a late payment. You would possibly incur a small interest payment of less than 2%, but that's about it. As long as late payment does not extend beyond 30 days, there should be no negative issues. You might want to add the 2% to your next payment, to cover the fee.

Not for a late payment of a few days ( unless you are on a spending limit plan). Once you are 60 or more days late, then Koodo takes action.

Then your service could be cut off and there would be a reconnection fee to restore service
