How do I keep my phone calls and texts from showing up on the account? I have fled an abusive marriage and I am trying to get my legal ducks in a row however, my ex tracks my calls and texts. What do I do?

Changing supplier and becoming the sole account owner would be the most definitive way.

Yes, you need to move out of your ex account. I would suggest you open a new account either with Koodo or somewhere else. As the account owner, that person could see your call/text logs.

If you do not qualify for your own account, you have the option to go prepaid

If you have access to Wi-Fi or mobile data, you could use an app like Fongo for free to make and receive calls on a separate number that will not show up in your online usage.  I think you can text from it as well for small charge, I believe around $3/month or so + tax.  The app would be quite visible on your phone though if the spouse has physical access to it, and would show in your installation history in Google Play or Apple App Store if your spouse has access to those accounts.  Also if you're making the calls over mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, the spouse may notice an increase in your mobile data usage, if it's out of the ordinary to fluctuate.
