how do I give a compliment for service agent

Lily who helped my by phone today, Oct 28, provided me with exemplary service. Throughout our lengthy conversation, dealing with complicated issues, she was very kind, patient and helpful. Showing respect for my time, she was good at keeping in touch with me when I'd been put on hold. She would inform me about what she was doing, for example, waiting to get through to another department to discuss my case. Lily was understanding and accepting of my low level of technology know-how and experience. She was able to handle all of my questions and concerns herself, thus making the whole long process cohesive and efficient. Despite my frustrations with the mobile device I have, and with the inappropriate Koodo plan I was on, and with billing issues, Lily handled things so kindly and efficiently that I felt glad that I had phoned K. I  commend her as an outstanding Koodo representative!
