We recently ditched our Bell land line and switched to the Koodo wireless home phone. It was good for a couple of weeks but now callers tell us we are constantly breaking up and to us there is always a screeching buzzing noise on our end. The people calling us keep telling us our voices are very muffled and nasally. I have checked the trouble shooting section in the booklet that came with it, it only advises us to put the modem near a window for reception, separate the modem from the phone and not to have either one near anything else electrical. We have done this and it seemed better for a day, then back to normal. I am becoming very frustrated with this and am ready to go back to Bell unbelievably so I can have a clear conversation on the phone again. Someone please help!
