How do I get out of the tab plan?

I've had my phone for over 2 years and paid off the tab.  Now Koodo continues to charge me $5 and something per month and my tab is accruing into the positive. I don't want to have a positive balance tab as I will never buy a phone from Koodo.  How do I stop them taking the money from me every month?   (How it went from having $150 positive balance to spend to $58 I still can't wrap my head around but that's for another issue).  Help please!  Thanks!

The $5/month tab charge does not get charged anymore once your tab is paid off. The 15% of your monthly bill is still applied to your tab balance however. Since koodo's new plans do not include a tab contribution you can switch to a new plan if you want to stop accumulating tab points, although you may need to call in to do so if your account is still on the old system.
