How do I get approval for online access to the Koodo Self Serve account

I loaded the Koodo Self Serve App on my phone. Then received an email saying that I would need to log into my account and accept the request before it would be activated. I logged in, went to the "manage self serve access" page and the request shows up on a line with "access pending" at the end, but there is no where on that page to accept the request. How do I accept the request to get my app working?

You will have to call customer service to fully gain access to your account. Sometime the problem is because the email address Koodo has on file is not the same one used to set up the account.
