You have to see how much it would cost to fix the charging port first. It may not be that expensive. I'd check with a local repair shop if your phone is out of warranty.

Hello Andrew,

When you go to a Koodo Shop for replacement or repair within the warranty, they first verify if the issue is covered. Then they can send if out for repair or replacement. The store can offer you a loaner phone as well.

Here's more information on our repair and warranty policy:

Hope that helps :)

I have no koodo anywhere near me and my phone won't ring on my end for come some of my contacts, but on their end it's still ringing. and then a voicemail notification pops up. it's been doing thing for a few weeks!

Only some of your contacts? If there any sort of pattern to it or is it random? It's likely a settings issue and at worst a software glitch that probably would be fixed by a factory reset. Check your notifications settings to see if certain contacts are set to silent. Or does it not even show that a call is coming in?
