they have erroniously quadruple billed me the last month.
I tried calling 611 and they're not open and they effectively threaten to charge me $5 if the service can be done myself online. I find that particularly rude when the web site sucks so much I can't even find any contact information for the billing department and I have to sign up for another account on a public forum just to ask how to contact billing.
