How do I change my visa debit card number

I tried looking online so I don't have to pay the 5 dollar fee! Can't find!

I don't know about any $5 fee. You should be able to switch your VISA debit card in payment options in self-serve. Probably easier to do it from a desktop computer than smartphone in my opinion.

Also, if you try to do it via self-serve, and it doesn't work, explain this to customer service and they won't charge you any fee to update your pre-authorized payments method.

I would try to follow the process and be polite. We are all human beings

Do you want everybody know your credit card number, your phone number and account?

If they have those information, they could take your money, and your business number and Koodo couldn't do anything.

People have advised you to contact Koodo either through facebook https://www.facebook.com/Koodo or call 1 (866) 995-6636

From there, they will be able to look into your account. That is the process.

Mobile Masters are volunteers without account access.

You can say you are who you all you want, but without verifying first via pin, or speaking in a private manner, you're not gonna get anywhere. It's no different than if you called. You have to verify the way Koodo does and that's it that's all. You're not gonna get verified on this public forum.

You sent a message but Koodo generally runs Facebook / Twitter messaging customer support in line with their call hours. If you sent it only within the last couple hours then they likely just didn't get to you in time and you'll hear back tomorrow.
