How do I change from my old phone and server to new phone and Koodo?

Hi - I've just bought a new phone & started a pay as you go with Koodo. But when I called my number to check if it was working with the new phone, it was my old phone that rang. How do I change to my new phone? Thanks for your help.

It can take a while to be fully operational when you bring your number from another carrier, you should get a text with 24-48. Hrs that the port has been completed. Until then you may want to carry both devices. If you don't get the text in a timely manner, give tech support a call to check the status of your port. Calling tech support is always free.

Tech support is option 6 when you call in. You can dial 1-866-995-6636 from any other phone or *611 from your Koodo phone.
