So, i have the $15 base plan and I want to switch to the $50, but I won't be getting paid until either the 31st or the 1st. Is it possible to cancel my base plan? I have wanted to switch it before but it makes me buy the $15 one again and I would rather not really have to put out money that I don't have to...

Wait until the day before your existing plan is set to renew - otherwise you will end up paying twice (there is no refund for an unused portion of the 30 days).

I can't really wait another month to upgrade as I only have text right now and need calling to make appointments for my two month old baby and myself. My plan expires on the 27th :c

How about you add "Talk Booster" for now? ($10 booster give you 100 minutes.)

You can add it now to make calls > your base plan expire on the 27th.> Renew to $15 base plan(till Apr 26th) +you can use your unused minutes > Then upgrade your base plan after Apr 26th

I don't know how much talk time and when you need it, but it might help temporary use.

Hey Zoe! If you have automatic top-ups, you should remove them to stop your account from auto renewing. Once your 30 day period will end, you will have no service until your account is topped up again. Make sure to change your base plan to the $50 one before adding more money to the account, as your account will renew to the active base plan as soon as a balance is added.
