I’m on a monthly basis and I have zero tab or nothing. I want to cancel my Koodo account. I own my iPhone. What should I do who shoul I call. There’s no information on the website or a feature to cancel my account and my phone number. I don’t want it. Thanks in advance for the answers

Dial 1-866-99-KOODO (1-866-995-6636) or call *611 from your Koodo phone to cancel service.

However, remember that many numbers are returned to the number pool because they were being Spammed. Your original number which received all the Spam will be offered to some other person, Spam and all, in about 3 months. Your best bet, unless you want to cease using a phone, is to change numbers again, or wait until they get tired of your non-response. Moving to another provider does not guarantee a Spam-free number being assigned.

@Chappy I'd be curious to hear if moving to another provider leads to less or no spam calls.  They seem to be a reality of life and I don't personally think are more or less prevalent at one provider or another.  Technology makes it easy for people to spoof outbound numbers (making it hard for a carrier to block without affecting legit calls) and randomly or systematically dial through entire blocks of numbers at a time.

Mats option cuts the line and you loss your number: Call *611 or 1800 number.

Dennis option cuts the line by moving it to another provider so you keep your number: go to the new guy with your account number and that's it. You'll get one final bill from Koodo there after to settle your account with the.

Cheers mate.
