how do i buy new phone when i suspended my number because my phone was stolen

My phone was stolen s I suspended my account  now I cannot buy a phone when logged in.  do I open a new account.   how do I get a tab?  I have no amount owing and no tab.

You could follow the instruction here to reactivate the account https://www.koodomobile.com/help/reporting-your-lost-or-stolen-phone If you don't have a koodo SIM, you might need to buy a SIM for a BYOD plan.

Once you reactivate your account, you should be able to order a new phone with your existing rate plane or change to another plan in selfserve.

there is no option to reactivate my phone and my account has been cancelled

@Keri-Lynn: In this thread https://community.koodomobile.com/koodo/topics/my-phone-was-stolen-but-i-want-to-keep-my-account . You mentioned someone bought the phone and plan for you. Have you tried to contact that person?

I never knew that reporting a phone is stolen prevents you from buying a new phone.
What does it say when you tried to buy a phone online?

You will need to contact Koodo directly. Especially if as you say your account is cancelled at this point.
