How do I authorize my phone to be connected to Koodo? I just cannot understand.

So made an account with Koodo on the internet to be able to access my usage through my phone, but I can't even log in. It says I need to get authorization from the owner of the phone or something and that's me! So how in the world am I going to connect my phone to my account when I don't even have access to it?

Hi Marc-Antoine,

Since it is saying you need to get authorization from the owner, it means there is already a self-serve account created for your phone and the one you just created would be created as a manager account. If you don't remember your initial self serve account, call Koodo using *611 from your mobile device to speak with a representative and get assistance with the set-up of your self serve account.
