How do I advise koodo of a payment?

I have made a payment to my koodo account through my bank account because the koodo self-serve app payment method was not working, but because it takes 3-5 business days to be processed my payment will be "late".... is there a way to advise koodo that the payment has been made, and that it is being processed?

Another alternative to paying via your bank is by dialing 611 and using the automated system.

For future Kassandra an alternative would be to make the payment via our mobile site instead of the app it still gives you troubles. That way the payment is immediately reflected on your account.
