How do I add an additional phone to an existing account?
I already have a monthly account and phone, and my partner has a new phone that we want to add to this account. Different phone number, different plan. The phone doesn't currently have a number or an account with any other provider.

You should be able to add a second phone from within your self-serve account by choosing to add a phone, then selecting one.  The only folks prevented from making such a purchase are those on a spending limit program.

I believe you have to go to a Koodo store to add another line under your account.
If you order/buy a phone through online, then it's possible to add 2nd linethrough self serve as David said.
Store rep will help you set up a plan and phone number for your partner/2nd line.

Don't forget refer your partner before sign up.
