Koodo wireless home phone. How do I reach voice mail.  The faq says just press 1 but where do I find "1" to press?

Hi rgsherr, at the bottom of this page linked below you'll find a downloadable pdf file of the users guides https://www.koodomobile.com/help/101-...

Thanks, Paul.  I saw that.  This is what it says about voicemail:

"Setting up voicemail on the Koodo wireless home phone is easy! Just press 1 and follow the prompts. Good to know: the steps are the same for both setting up and accessing voicemail."

Now that is about as clear as mud to me.  And the steps listed just above this statement about setting up the wireless home phone don't relate in any way to anything similar. to setting up voicemail that I can see.

I should add that I'm trying to access the voicemail on my wireless home phone from my cell phone.  Maybe it's not possible.

You need to setup your voicemail from your home first i believe. After that, you can access it via your cell phone. To do so, call your home phone number and once the voicemail message starts, press the * key.

Thanks. I'll give that a try when I get home.

Yes, but how does one access your voicemail from a cell phone or another phone outside of the Home?

I mentioned this in my last comment. Call the number in which you want to access the voicemail of. Once you hear the voicemail message play press *, then enter your voicemail password and thats it.
