How do I access those great new plans? Not showing up to choose for my account.

I would like to change my plan to one of the ones currently advertised on the koodo homepage. However, when I log into my account and try to change my plan, none of the plans advertised on the home page are listed for me to choose. How do I access the new plans?

As of right now if you want to change to one of the new plans from an older plan, you have to call-in. *611 from your Koodo phone.

No, since you can't do this on self-serve. They only charge you for things you are able to do yourself on self-serve.
