how do bill credits off on the next bill work?

Hi,
I have a question about the current promotion. When it says that I would get $150 off on my next bill, but my bill is lower than that, does the rest carry to the next month/s?

More specifically, my wife and I both have koodo plans and are thinking of buying 2x new iphone 8. I was wondering if that would mean we would get $300 (2x $150) in bill credits which would then be used towards paying off of our next 2-3 months of bills?

Thanks

The billing credit is spread across multiple bills.

So I actually went with the purchase, but in the billing section it shows me a credit of $150, not $300. Is that a mistake that I should communicate with koodo or is that because it will show me only $150 per subscriber at the time? and since it's the same amount I can't tell that it is showing me $150 for the other subscriber?

When you upgrade your phone, you would do that individually. You cannot buy 2 phones for a single number (with TAB)

So if you saw the credit of $150 (if any) individually on each bill of each phone when you checked out, then it would be $150 x2. What you saw was what you got. Did you see $150 for each number? or only $150 for one?

Yes, I did each individually, 1 for each phone number. In each email that I received as a confirmation it clearly states that I am getting a one time -$150 bill credit, but in the billing section I see only -$150 as my "Total due".

Was it showed in your 1st bill?. Do 2 phones have the same billing date?
If it doesn't show up in your 1st bill, I would wait for a few days and see if the credit show up, if it doesn't you could send message to Koodo facebook or call to ask them.

Yes, it's the same account, but with 2 subscribers (me & my spouse). It's just one bill with the same billing date. My billing date actually just finished, so I'd have to wait for a full month to see if there would be some change on the new bill. Anyway, I sent an email to koodo and we'll see what will happen.

Okay,
so just for anyone interested. Koodo admitted they had a system error and they manually had to add $150 of bill credits (which they did as a $100 + $50 credits). So finally we got the $300 of promised bill credits for the 2 phones together.
And yes the credits properly stayed as a credit balance towards my next bill.
