how come the plans are different on the new interface versus normal one. i see a 28 dollar plan for example i want to switch to, i press on self serve and it leads to old site which doesn't have that plan as an option when i go to change plan..
They only have the older plans in their self serve site yet. It doesn't mean you can't switch to them, but right now you would have to call to make that happen. They won't charge you for it since you can't do it online.
Hi Mina, Laird is right! It might also mean that you have an old Tab. The new plans are not compatible with the old Tab or the No-Tab discount. You would need to pay off the old Tab or give up the discount in order to be eligible for these new plans.
