How come I’m not eligible for tab large or extra large?

I would like to know if the loyalty department can switch the option for only tab medium to tab large or even better tab extra large?

Probably not. You would have to pick a plan that was eligible for those tabs.

@andrew: Properly the last credit check of you wasn't "super good" enough for Koodo Tab Large. You could contact Koodo directly to ask them to run another credit check again.

The only way to be eligible for Tab Large or Extra Large is to pay your bills every month on time for at least 1 year

SLP is 6 months. There is a credit class that has tab M, but unable to do Tab L. Johny Cash is correct in that to get a tab L, you need 1 year of on time payments.
