I am a recent (happy) subscriber to Koodo home phone service but it rings way too many times before the voicemail picks up.  I've searched online and can not seem to find instructions for the home phone service, only cell phones.

Well really in many ways the wireless home service is exactly the same as the cell service... So you can basically count on the information being applicable.
That said, I believe there is no way to change the number of rings... It kicks in after about 5 rings.

Try to dial *61*5875804001**20# then press SEND

Where the number 20 is the amount of seconds before the call goes to voicemail.  Try to decrease in 5 second increments.

This works on a cell phone.  I assume this will work for the home phone too...um with the same reasoning as Sophia

Your *587######## sequence should probably be replaced by *AAA###### where AAA is the area code of your current voicemail access number, visible in call Settings => Voicemail.

Judging from a previous post, Koodo uses different servers for different area codes.

Can't fault you for trying. But someone will have to do the deed and report back to us. A lot of the GSM feature codes that are good on post-paid don't even work on prepaid. I suppost it depends on the carrier implementation, which SIM they use etc.
