How can I view my current e-bill?

I am a monthly e-bill customer. When I get my emailed bill notification, log into self serve and select to view my most recent bills I can only select to view bills dated a year ago in 2015. It appears that no matter where I go while logged into Koodo's website I cannot select to see my current bill. I sometimes get sent to a page to change the current email address to send my e-bll notification. This not what I want!

So you only see 2015 and nothing from 2016?

This is what I see on mine.
Do you have multiple Koodo accounts? or was a customer in the past and came back?

Did you happen to make any account changes last year? Maybe a transfer of ownership, or the like? It sounds like your self serve is linked to an old account number which is no longer active. If this is the case, customer service would need to help link your login to the current account.

I guess I will call customer service to try and get this straightened out. I have been a customer for many years but have been unable to view or download my bills for months. Thankfully the bills have been very reasonable but I do like to see a copy of the charges for verification.

My phone is turned off while in the states so I am not getting my bills.  I went online and found that I owed money that is overdue by 6 days.  However, I had no way of knowing that because I was not sent notification by email address.  How do I proceed?

Pay the bill, accept the small late fee ($0.02 per dollar of the outstanding balance), and move on. If your time is worth less than the $1-$2 you'll be charged in late fees you could try calling *611 and disputing them, but you really don't have a leg to stand on. By your own statement koodo did post the bill to your self serve account. Bill notifications are a courtesy, not a requirement.

Hi Lorraine, you can set yourself up to receive notifications by email or continue to receive by text including email.  Here's how: log into your Self Serve account and click on 'View transaction history' that's located below 'Other helpful links'.  Then click on 'Change Bill Type/Notifications'.
